1. Right to return
You can send all articles back without indication, acquired in the container mode shop, within 14 days. The sales contract becomes only effective at expiration of the 14 days return period. Please consider also for this, the return instructions in number 7.
Please note that the supplied goods has to be in the same shape, when we recieve it, as when it left our shop. With a degradation of the commodity by a large use we reserve ourselves to require an indemnification according to value.
2. Supply/freightcosts
Freigthcosts within Germany is € 8,50. The delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working-days, if the article is on stock. If something is sold out we will contact you personally.
For supplies abroad separate fees will be communicated to the customer before shipping.
There is no minimum purchase order value.
3. Payment
All prices contain the legally valid value added tax.
The payment of the goods takes place alternatively on invoice or by direct debit (is not valid for foreign countries). With payment by direct debit you tell us your bank account informations. .biz GmbH reserves itself after the result of a credit rating the exclusion of certain payment. In the case of supply on calculation you commit yourselves to settle the invoice amount immediately after receipt of the commodity. In case of a return the invoice amount can be shortened accordingly.
If you should turn out with a payment in delay, .biz GmbH reserves itself to place small fine in calculation.
4. Refusal of orders
.biz GmbH is free not to accept online orders. The decision over it lies in the free discretion of .biz GmbH. The custumer will be informed personally from the Fashionroom shop.
5. Retention of title
The commodity remains up to the complete payment property of .biz GmbH.
6. Data protection
The data, who is necessary for the business completion will be saved and passed by to the connected enterprises or our service partners.
In the context of the credit rating if necessary a data exchange with the following suppliers takes place:

7. Legal return instruction
